Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or stitched orders

  • Innerwear, accessories, or items mentioned as non-returnable

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear pictures or video of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds are made via bank transfer or original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer

Exchange Policy

  • Size or design exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (unless the item is defective or incorrect)

Return Shipping

  • Customers must send the product back using a reliable courier service

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled
